Parish Events Set Up & Break Down: Prepare and restore event spaces; flexible, a few hours per event. Ability to move equipment and supplies needed.

Photographer / Videographer: Capture parish events; preferably one event per quarter, plus editing. Photography or videography experience needed; professional-grade equipment preferred.

Production Assistant: Help create parish podcasts and videos; flexible, project-based hours. Audio, lighting, or camera experience needed; editing experience preferred.

Altar Server: Assist at Mass on a rotating schedule, arriving early. Must be at least 16 years and have received First Communion.

AV Assistant: Operate worship technology at rotating Masses and events, arriving early. Basic equipment skills and willingness to learn needed.

Choir Members: Sing at scheduled Masses and rehearsals. Ability to match pitch needed; choir experience or music-reading ability preferred.

Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion: Help distribute Communion at rotating Masses. Practicing Catholic, age 16+, with required formation and commissioning.

Instrumentalist: Play at Masses and rehearsals; instrument proficiency needed. Guitars, basses, and drums are not currently needed.

Lector: Proclaim Scripture at Mass on a rotating schedule, with advance preparation. Clear public reading skills needed.

Marriage Mentor Couple: Guide engaged couples through marriage preparation; 3-5 hours per couple. Must be married in the Catholic Church and complete required training.

Usher: Welcome and assist parishioners at Mass on a rotating schedule. A friendly, dependable presence is all you need to get started.

Wedding Guild: Help weddings run smoothly; 3-5 hours per wedding. Practicing Catholic and weekend availability required; training requirements apply.

Children’s Liturgy Helper: Help children participate safely; about once every 4-6 weeks. Teens and catechumens welcome; safe environment training required.

Children’s Liturgy Leader: Lead Scripture and prayer for children; about once every 4-6 weeks. Practicing, fully inititated Cahtolic; safe environment training required.

Children’s Liturgy Music Leader: Lead children in song; about once every 2-6 weeks. Baptism and Eucharist preferred; safe environment training required.

Faith Formation Set Up & Break Down: Prepare rooms for families; flexible 1-2 hours per event. Ability to move tables and chairs needed; training required.

Hospitality Dinner Team: Prepare and serve dinner for Lakehouse teens one Wednesday monthly. Basic cooking skills and safe environment training required.

Materials Prep Volunteer: Prepare Faith Formation supplies; flexible, 2-hour Tuesday or Thursday sessions. Dependability and attention to detail needed.

OCIA Sponsor: Accompany someone becoming Catholic; 3-4 hours monthly, plus sessions and rites. Practicing Catholic meeting Church sponsor requirements.

Substitute Catechist: Lead provided lessons on available Sundays or Wednesdays. Practicing Catholic; background check and training required; teaching experience preferred.

Accounts Payable & Receivable Data Entry: Help maintain financial records, 3-5 hours weekly. Background check and training required.

Collection Counter: Count weekend collections on Mondays in rotating 2-hour sessions. Background check and safe-environment training required.

Facility & Grounds Maintenance: Help care for parish buildings and grounds; flexible, one-time or ongoing projects. Hands-on skills needed; training requirements apply.

Temporary Vendor Compliance Specialist: Organize vendor tax and insurance records through tax-year close. Accounting or vendor-management experience preferred; background check and training required.
