Our Lady of the Lake is thrilled to announce that we’ll be partnering with Hallow this year, the #1 prayer app! Through prayer and meditation rooted in the Catholic faith, Hallow helps people grow closer to God and find peace. Users are able to pray alongside Fr. Mike, Sr. Miriam, Mark Wahlberg, Jonathan Roumie, + many more. The app also offers mental health and sleep content, audiobooks, and sacred music.
All parishioners – paid subscribers and those on the free version – are invited to be a part of Our Lady of the Lake’s parish page in the app. There, you’re able to create a profile, share prayer requests, and take part in specific prayer challenges together.
To join, visit hallow.com/parish, search our zip code (37075,) and follow the prompts. You’ll be given a special trial which gives access to all the app’s premium content. If you’d like to forgo and remain on the free version, simply hit “Skip” and you’ll have access to all the special content our parish page has to offer.

📸 We’ve added an additional date! 📸
Our pictorial directory is more than just photos. It is a wonderful way to bring our parish family closer together. Father uses the directory to pray for our families by name, and it is always a joy to look back and see how both our parish and our families have grown over the years.
Photography sessions will be held:
- October 15–18
- October 22–25
- November 6
Downstairs by Bevington Hall
Every participating family will receive a complimentary 8×10 portrait and a free copy of the new directory, with the option to purchase additional portraits if you wish. Sign up for your photo time today and be part of this special tradition.
Have comments or questions? Need a little extra help? We’re here for you! Contact the office at 615-824-3276 or email office@ololcc.org

You’re invited to our next Healing the Whole Person 8-week retreat, running October 15 – December 10 in Bevington Hall. This retreat features a powerful video workshop with Bob Schuchts and Sister Miriam James, guiding us toward deeper healing and renewal. While the group will gather to view the videos together, the journey is deeply personal, with much of the work and reflection done individually.
There is a $35 fee for materials. If you’ve previously attended, you’re welcome to join again at no cost — just bring your workbook with you. All are welcome!

Join us for the Annual Fatima Rosary Rally on Saturday, October 11 at Memorial Park in Hendersonville. Together we’ll pray for peace and bring Our Lady’s message to the public. All are encouraged to attend!

Join in our 2025 Fall Campaign to help fill baby bottles with change to support mothers and families through counseling, resources, and material assistance. The Cumberland Crisis Pregnancy Center offers a safe, confidential haven for women and families facing unplanned pregnancies. Each year, they serve about 800 women and 400 children. While 91% of their clients are considering or pressured into abortion, 98% choose life after receiving care. CCPC provides all services free of charge—without state or federal funding—including counseling, classes, emotional support, and essential baby items like diapers, clothing, and car seats.

Though Roe is no longer in effect, Planned Parenthood is still open and referring mothers for abortions out of state. Please sign the Statement of Peace and sign up to pray.
